Whether it is chronic and persistent mental health issues or transitioning to adulthood, we want to provide assistance during those times of strife.

Jefferson Park Counseling believes the client is the expert of their own life. We are not going to tell you what to do, but we can help you identify what you want to do. We are nonjudgmental and empathetic, we want you to feel safe and free from shame or embarrassment. We value your trust and appreciate you letting us in on your journey.
